Freedom in Silence

Yall, I just came to realized. I have soooo many headphones. Bluetooth ones and headphones that plug in, guys I have so many. I use them yes for music, but I also use them for podcasts. There was this time in my life where I silence was something I could not handle. I was not a fan of hearing nothing. I always needed to have headphones on because sitting in my thoughts were painful.

There's been this season in my life right now where I had to evolve in the silence. What I learned is that the time to process each thought, feeling, hope and dream was painful to feel. In knowing that is was painful, but good. Taking time to realized that the pain you hold won't put you on a path towards freedom.

Sitting in silence gave me an aspect of freedom from my own insecurities and space to know that I would be capable of it.

Think about moments in your own life. Take time to sit in silence and write those thoughts out. Evolve and grow know that there is so authority in you.
